Experiential marketing is a form of company (non profit and for profit) brand engagement. The strategy directly engages consumers with the mission, vision and values of the company and encourages them to participate in the brand experience. The philosophy views consumers as active participants in the companies brand development. Experiential marketing actively engages consumers in the co-creation of company brand, including product development, service design and forms of customer engagement. Experiential marketing reaches consumers at all touch points between customer and company including service, product, spatial design of sales environment, pop up museums and online experience.
