RFP: Plaza Fountain Design and Construction

Several years ago the city of Sandy acquired a grass lot in the downtown area, across from city hall and adjacent to the new Sandy Historic Museum, for use as a public plaza. In 2008 the plaza was improved with bricks, seating and landscaping.
